Urban brain makes urban governance smarter.
The smart city operation center carries the core smart achievements of the entire Eco-city, and is known as the "brain" of the Eco-city smart city. Over the past year since the "City Brain" was put into operation, digital city mirroring has been achieved through the collection, analysis, and collation of hundreds of millions of urban data in 11 professional areas of the Eco-city. The operational status of urban pipelines, roads and other facilities, and the working status of inspectors and operation and maintenance personnel are all digitally reproduced on this platform, together with real-time global awareness of the Eco-city's operating situation, and its comprehensive, rapid and refined governance.
Smart community creates a livable environment.
The Eco-city will build the Jibao Jijingfengge community into the first smart community there, which will serve as a model for the subsequent construction of smart communities. According to the three spatial dimensions of "inner, middle and outer" of the community, through the creation of smart party building cabins, smart health cabins, smart man-vehicle management systems, smart meters, high-altitude parabolic monitoring management systems, smart runways, smart information release screens and other 30 smart application scenarios to enable smart communities to achieve "smart neighborhood autonomy, smart health services, smart security environment, and smart and harmonious ecology."
Smart transportation facilitates green, convenient and safe travel.
In terms of smart transportation, the Eco-city optimizes signal timing to reduce road congestion time during peak hours by 13%; the green wave emergency transit system shortens the time for emergency vehicles to reach the job site by 40%; smart buses with multiple technologies brings a whole new experience for citizens to travel. On this basis, this year, the Eco-city actively built a national benchmark for 5G vehicle-road collaboration, and built a vehicle-road collaboration test section using the 5G technology between the Eco-city Smart Center and the China-Singapore Friendship Library. By setting the road sensor, the road can "speak" and convey the road situation to the city brain at any time.
Smart Library adopts intelligent book sorting.
On the basis of the original big data analysis system, book borrowing by scanning mobile phone code, book borrowing by scanning face, welcome robot and other smart applications, this year, the China-Singapore Friendship Library has further enriched smart application scenarios. The intelligent inventory robot realizes the automated inventory of books, and the efficiency of a single inventory exceeds 20,000 volumes per hour. The intelligent sorting and returning system uses the latest robotic sorting technology in the logistics and warehousing industry, and its efficiency is more than 10 times that of traditional manual sorting. In addition, readers can find the area where the book belongs through the indoor positioning and navigation system, and even the shelf where the book is located will be accurately displayed.
Smart Expo has customized tour routes.
In the National Maritime Museum, visitors can quickly enter the museum by means of ID card recognition, member face recognition, mobile phone verification and other methods. Multiple interactive guide screens are set up at key locations throughout the museum. The system can not only provide information query services, but also customize personalized tour routes according to tourists' preferences. The use of AR interactive technology also allows the combination of virtual content and real exhibit information to achieve a subtle scientific effect. In addition, the museum summarizes the visitors' preferences through big data analysis and provides a reference for the opening of the exhibition.
Zero Energy Cabin achieves self-sufficient energy supply.
The zero-energy house is located in the Eco-city Huifengxi Smart Energy Town, with a construction area of 135 square meters. It fully utilizes the roof space and lays 20 kilowatts of photovoltaic panels. After testing, under sunny conditions, it can emit more than 80 degrees of electricity per day, which is greater than the building's own energy demand of about 30 degrees, making the building energy self-sufficient. Excess electrical energy can be stored in energy storage batteries to provide power to the electrical equipment in the building at night or under insufficient light, enabling zero-energy operation. In order to further reduce the energy consumption of the building, the zero-energy house adopts the energy-saving technology and materials of "passive house" to block the internal and external heat exchange, so that the energy consumption of the building is reduced by more than 85% compared with the national standard.
