Recently, Beijing Bluestar Cleaning Co., Ltd., a domestic leader in automotive chemicals, signed an investment cooperation agreement with the Administrative Committee of Tianjin Economic-technological Development Area (abbreviated as TEDA) to relocate the company's headquarters and R & D center to Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park. Recently, Beijing Bluestar Cleaning Co., Ltd., a domestic leader in automotive chemicals, was the first Beijing-based central enterprise to relocate and settle in Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park. In addition to focusing on the advantages of the port, it is Tianjin's favorable policies that make enterprises determined. On February 28, the Tianjin Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice of Measures to Support Key Platforms in Serving Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Policy in Tianjin Municipality (Trial)." Six measures including relaxation of settlement conditions, provision of medical insurance, and children s access to local compulsory education in Tianjin were implemented. The first batch of pilots for this policy will be located in Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park and Baodi Zhongguancun Science Park. Pang Liheng, general manager of the chemical business department of Beijing Bluestar Cleaning Co., Ltd., said: "Tianjin has many favorable policies in the education, medical care and housing security of the employees of the company, which relieved the company of worries and strengthened my development in Tianjin with bigger and stronger confidence." During the epidemic prevention and control period, Blue Star Cleaning Company donated 200 barrels of industrial disinfectant free of charge to disinfect the factories and office buildings in order to support the TEDA to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. The Administrative Committee signed an investment cooperation agreement to relocate the company's headquarters and R & D center to Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park. This time, Bluestar Cleaning plans to set up a research and development center and a national project headquarters with an investment of 1 billion yuan. It is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales of automotive chemical new materials and industrial new material products, as well as the research and development and manufacturing of aviation cleaning materials. The company relocated the Beijing business segment and the Lanzhou business segment to the Binhai-Zhongguancun Science Park with an estimated annual turnover of no less than 1.5 billion yuan and 200-300 employees.

As a typical representative project to promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Bluestar Cleaning has a great demonstration and driving effect on the settlement of the central enterprises in Binhai New Area by TEDA's "home". It is claimed that Beijing Bluestar Cleaning Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of the state-owned China National Chemical Group Co., Ltd., and is a leader in the domestic automotive cleaning industry. It is a designated supplier of automotive maintenance products for major domestic automobile manufacturers. The R & D, production and sales of chemicals, antifreeze, and lubricants are in the domestic leading position.
